Split pea puree with different vegetables
| 300 | g onions |
| 300 | g zucchini |
| 250 | g carrots |
| 600 | g split peas |
| 250 | g spinach |
| 10 | g garlic |
| 3/5 | tsp salt |
| 3/10 | tsp curry |
- Chop vegetables.
- Put onions in a bit of water, boil until reduced in size.
- Add other vegetables, boil until soft. If frozen spinach is used add as last. Add garlic.
- Add (cooked) split peas and spices.
- Puree.
