Split Pea Puree Recipe

Split pea puree with different vegetables

Ingredients
300 g onions
300 g zucchini
250 g carrots
600 g split peas
250 g spinach
10 g garlic
3/5 tsp salt
3/10 tsp curry
Directions
  1. Chop vegetables.

  2. Put onions in a bit of water, boil until reduced in size.

  3. Add other vegetables, boil until soft. If frozen spinach is used add as last. Add garlic.

  4. Add (cooked) split peas and spices.

  5. Puree.
