| 6 | tbs of sugar free jam |
| 1 | teaspoon of baking soda |
| 1 | teaspoon of baking powder |
| 1 | dash vanilla |
| 1/4 | teaspoon of cinnamon |
| 1/2 | cup of Fiber One |
| 1/4 | cup of chopped pecans |
- blend together in a blender
- pour into tin muffin cups
- top with chopped pecans
- baked at 400 degree oven for 30 minutes
