Garlicky Broiled Salmon and Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients
24 oz salmon fillet
4 medium tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tsp fresh thyme
4 cloves garlic
Directions
  1. Heat broiler. Cut tomatoes in half. Slice garlic. Place the salmon and tomatoes, cut side up, in broilerproof roasting pan or on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle the salmon with paprika.

  2. Drizzle the salmon and tomatoes with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Scatter the thyme and garlic over the top.

  3. Broil until the salmon is opaque throughout and the tomatoes are tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
