These are nommy bluberry bran muffins. =)
| 75 | g wheat bran |
| 135 | g unsweetened applesauce |
| 56 | g all whites |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 120 | g flour |
| 1 | teaspoon baking soda |
| 1 | teaspoon baking powder |
| 200 | g frozen blueberries |
| 13 | g splenda |
| 5 | g cinnamon |
- Moisten bran with water and let set ten minutes.
- Add in other ingredients to bran mush.
- Bake at 375 for 15-20 min or until a knife/toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. =D
- IMPORTANT NOTE:
- I actually used 2/3 c splenda granular (for baking), but used that item code to get the calorie levels correct.
