Stephen's Banana-Berry Protein Blast Recipe

I use for dinner or quick meal before workout. Huge energy boost and protein to pull you through. Can use many variations, go with lower fat and lower sugar.

Ingredients
1 cup chilled non-fat soy milk
1 cup chilled non-fat low sugar vanilla yogurt
1 cup chilled blueberries
1 chilled banana
1 cup chilled strawberries
1/4 cup no-salt plain almonds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 (30g) scoop whey protein
1 cup ice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender on puree for 2 minutes. Devour!
