| 1 | cup chilled non-fat soy milk |
| 1 | cup chilled non-fat low sugar vanilla yogurt |
| 1 | cup chilled blueberries |
| 1 | chilled banana |
| 1 | cup chilled strawberries |
| 1/4 | cup no-salt plain almonds |
| 1 | tsp ground cinnamon |
| 1 | (30g) scoop whey protein |
| 1 | cup ice |
Mix all ingredients in a blender on puree for 2 minutes. Devour!Categories
