| 1 | lb ground turkey breast |
| 1/4 | c bread crumbs |
| 1 | T stone ground mustard |
| 1/8 | t thyme |
| 1/8 | t sage |
| 1/4 | c shredded cheddar |
| 1 | red onion |
| 4 | whole wheat hamburger buns |
| 1 | medium tomato, sliced |
| 4 | lettuce leaves |
- in med bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, mustard, thyme, and sage; mix well. Form into 4 balls. Make an indentation in center of each ball; stuff with 1/4 of cheddar. Close indentation by pressing turkey around it to seal in cheddar. Form into patties.
- Preheat grill or broiler. Coat Onions and burgers with nostick spray; grill or broil for 5 to 7 min; til golden. Remove onions. Turn and cook burgers for 5 min longer, til no longer pink near the center. Place on buns with onions, tomatoes, and lettuce.
