Tuna Souffle Recipe

Tuna Souffle

Ingredients
6 eggs
2 cans tuna
1/2 large onion
2 cups whole milk
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
Directions
  1. Make white sauce

  2. Add spices

  3. Fold in beaten egg, tuna, chopped onion mix

  4. Top with cheese

  5. Bake in 9 by 9 pan at 375 for 40 min
