| 28 | oz can diced tomatoes |
| 6 | oz tomato paste |
| 3/4 | cup red wine |
| 1 | cup chopped onion |
| 4 | cloves garlic |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 | zucchini, diced |
| 1 | medium carrot, diced |
| 10 | mushrooms, sliced |
| 2 | teaspoons basil |
| 1 | teaspoons oregano |
| 3 | tablespoons honey |
| 1/4 | teaspoon crushed red pepper |
| 3/4 | teaspoon salt |
- Saute onion, garlic, mushrooms, carrot and zucchini in olive oil.
- Combine remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes or until thickened.
