This recipe was created as a dip but it does well as a spread on toast or a wrap. I've even used it as a salad dressing! The corn is optional and can be substituted with chopped nuts to add a different texture to this creamy dip. Also, if it is too thick, some sour cream or a splash of milk can be added.
| 8 | oz Cream Cheese |
| 9 | oz canned chopped spinach, drained |
| 4 1/2 | oz chunk light tuna |
| 9 | oz whole kernel corn |
- Drain spinach, tuna and corn
- Chop nuts if added
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl
- Add salt, pepper, hot sauce to taste
- May be served chilled
- Makes approx. 15 quarter-cup servings
