Spinach & Tuna Dip Recipe

Submitted by trinicherries

Makes 15 servings

This recipe was created as a dip but it does well as a spread on toast or a wrap. I've even used it as a salad dressing! The corn is optional and can be substituted with chopped nuts to add a different texture to this creamy dip. Also, if it is too thick, some sour cream or a splash of milk can be added.

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese
9 oz canned chopped spinach, drained
4 1/2 oz chunk light tuna
9 oz whole kernel corn
Directions
  1. Drain spinach, tuna and corn

  2. Chop nuts if added

  3. Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl

  4. Add salt, pepper, hot sauce to taste

  5. May be served chilled

  6. Makes approx. 15 quarter-cup servings
