Veggie Omelette Recipe

yum

Ingredients
3 eggs
1/4 c bell pepper
1/3 c onion
21 g cheese
1/8 c milk
1/2 T butter
Directions
  1. dice onion and bell pepper, saute in butter, remove

  2. blend egg & milk, pour into pan to cook

  3. add veggies when mostly cooked

  4. Add cheese last

  5. fold omelette and serve
