This Weight Watchers Recipe uses Fat-free sour cream and skim milk.
| 8 | small red potatoes, peeled |
| 4 | cloves garlic |
| 1/4 | c fat-free sour cream |
| 1/4 | c skim milk |
| 2 | tbsp chives, minced |
| 1/8 | tsp salt |
| 1/8 | tsp black pepper |
- Combine potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan and pour in enough water to cover. Set pan over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat slightly and boil until potatoes are fork tender - about 8 minutes. Drain water.
- Add sour cream, milk, chives. Mix until combined. Mash with potato masher until smooth (or leave some lumps if you prefer). Season with salt and pepper.
- Serving Size is 1/2 cup.
