Herbal Magic recipe
| 2 | tbsp. water |
| 10 | ounce skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
| 2 | tsp. olive oil |
| 4 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 1/2 | tsp. dried rosemary |
| 1 | black pepper, to taste |
| 1/2 | cup water |
- Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a pan over low heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for several minutes.
- Add olive oil and garlic when chicken breasts begint to colour. Turn and sprinkle with rosemary and black pepper. Add a half cup of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Cook chicken breasts for 35-45 minutes. add small amounts of water if needed.
