Gfcf Ginger Nut Cookies Recipe

Gluten Free, Casein Free Cookies

Ingredients
5 cups ground almonds
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup blackstrap molasses
1/2 cup honey
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet with baking paper on it.

  3. Bake at 325’F for about 20-25 minutes.

  4. Let cool before packaging or you’ll end up with very moist crumbles instead of cookies.
