| 5 | cups ground almonds |
| 1 | cup raisins |
| 1 | cup chopped walnuts |
| 1/2 | cup shredded coconut |
| 1/4 | cup sesame seeds |
| 1/4 | cup sunflower seeds |
| 1/4 | cup ground flax seeds |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | tsp sea salt |
| 2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp ginger |
| 1/4 | tsp nutmeg |
| 1/4 | tsp cloves |
| 2 | tsp vanilla |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1/2 | cup coconut oil |
| 1/2 | cup blackstrap molasses |
| 1/2 | cup honey |
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet with baking paper on it.
- Bake at 325’F for about 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before packaging or you’ll end up with very moist crumbles instead of cookies.
