| 16 | oz elbow macaroni |
| 3 | cans tuna in water |
| 1 | c hellmann's light mayonnaise |
| 1/2 | c sweet pickle relish |
| 1/2 | c onion chopped |
| 1 | cucumber, chopped |
| 1/4 | c apple cider vinegar |
| 1 | salt |
| 1 | pepper |
- Cook pasta per package directions.
- Drain well.
- Add tuna (lightly drained -- leave some of the juice), relish, onion and cucumber. Mix well.
- Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Add mayo and mix well.
- Can serve immediately, but best if chilled for a couple of hours to let the flavors blend.
