Single Potato Salad Recipe

Quick potato salad from left over baked potato.

Ingredients
1 medium Red potato
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon light mayo
1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 med. egg
Directions
  1. Cut potato in small pieces

  2. Cut egg in small pieces

  3. Add sugar

  4. Add mustard

  5. Add Mayo

  6. Add sweet relish

  7. Mix everything

  8. Refrigerate
