for Chocolate Chip Rum Bundt Cake
| 1/2 | cup butter, unsalted |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1/4 | cup rum |
- In a small saucepan, combine the butter, sugar and rum
- Place pan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until butter is mleted and sugar is dissolved
- Poke holes in warm cake with toothpick
- Pour glaze over the cake while still in the bundt pan
- Allow to cool 5 minutes more
- Turn the cake out of the pan onto a plate
- Once the cake is cooled, you may dust with powdered sugar
