Basic Tomato Sauce Recipe

italian, cheap but delicious sauce

Ingredients
48 oz. crushed tomatoes
10 oz. tomato paste
4 tbspn olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper
1 lb. sausage
2 cloves garlic
Directions
heat garlic (chopped) in sauce pan with oil until it's brown. Put sausage in pan and let cook with garlic and oil until it's cooked through and a little browned on the outside. add in tomato paste, add in crushed tomatoes and stir until even consistency. salt and pepper to taste. the longer it simmers the better it gets (i cook mine for about 12-20 hours usually before i eat it).
