John's Shrimp and Pasta Recipe

Grilled Shrimp with Whole Wheat Pasta

Ingredients
2 lbs raw shrimp
4 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 cup white wine
6 cherry tomatoes
2 cups baby spinach
2 cups mushrooms
1 small onion
1/2 cup green onions
Directions
Sautee Onions, Green Onions, Garlic and Mushrooms in Olive Oil, Add shrimp. Cook until done. Add wine, tomatoes, spinach. Salt/Pepper to taste
