| 3 | bananas |
| 1/2 | cup dried blueberries |
| 1/2 | cup pistachios |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 | stick butter |
| 1 | cups flour |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1 | tsp vanilla |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
- whip sugar and butter together
- add eggs, vanilla and baking soda and mix
- mix in flour and salt
- fold in mashed bananas, blueberries and nuts
- bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
