Falafel Pita Sandwich Recipe

Pita sandwich with veggies, falafel.

Ingredients
1 whole wheat pita
2 tbsp. hummus
2 tbsp plain yogurt
10 slices cucumber, peeled
1/2 yellow tomato, sliced
1/3 cup falafel from mix, prepared
1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
  1. Perpare falafel patties per mix directions.

  2. Cut pita in half, stuff with all ingredients.
