Apple Pie Look-a-Like Recipe

Perfect single serving dessert when you don't need to make a whole apple pie. Indulge yourself. =)

Ingredients
1/8 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 large granny smith apple, sliced
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 graham cracker
Directions
  1. Thinly slice the apple.

  2. Melt the butter and crush the graham cracker. Mix together and place in a bowl. Add the apple slices on top.

  3. Drizzle with honey.

  4. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar together and sprinkle on top of the apple.

  5. Add the oats.

  6. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
