| 1/4 | cup butter, soft |
| 2 | tbsp sugar, gradulated |
| 1 1/4 | cups flour |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 | tsp cloves |
| 1/4 | tsp ginger |
Mix all dry ingredients and add liquid ingredients and butter. Cream together and chill for at least 2 hours. Roll out 1/8 inch thick. Use cookie cutter to make shapes. Bake at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Cool and seal in plastice zip bag.Categories
