| 1 | tablespoon butter |
| 1 | large egg |
| 5 | tablespoons milk |
| 2 | slices whole wheat bread |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
- Put butter into frying pan and melt over med/low
- Mix egg, milk and vanilla
- Cut bread in half
- Dip bread into egg mixture and then cook
