Salad with Devilled Eggs Recipe

toss salad with a devilled egg on the side

Ingredients
2 cups salad
1/4 cup tomato
1/4 cup broccoli
1 tbsp olives
1 tbsp fat free ranch dressing
1 egg
1/2 tbsp mayonaise
1/4 tbsp onion
1/8 tbsp mustard
Directions
  1. hard boil the egg then cut in half and remove the yolk

  2. finely chop the onion add to yolk with mustard and mayo, salt and pepper to taste

  3. place the yolk mixture back in the whites and add to plate

  4. toss the vegetables and salad

  5. add dressing
