toss salad with a devilled egg on the side
| 2 | cups salad |
| 1/4 | cup tomato |
| 1/4 | cup broccoli |
| 1 | tbsp olives |
| 1 | tbsp fat free ranch dressing |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 | tbsp mayonaise |
| 1/4 | tbsp onion |
| 1/8 | tbsp mustard |
- hard boil the egg then cut in half and remove the yolk
- finely chop the onion add to yolk with mustard and mayo, salt and pepper to taste
- place the yolk mixture back in the whites and add to plate
- toss the vegetables and salad
- add dressing
