Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices bread, reduced calorie, Wheat
1 1/2 eggs, whole, boiled
1 tbsp mayonnaise, canola oil
2 tsp mustard
Directions
  1. Hard boil eggs.

  2. Mash eggs.

  3. Add mayo and mustard.

  4. Spread on bread.
