Light Banana Muffins Recipe

Delicious and moist Banana Muffins!

Ingredients
2 cups wholewheat flour
4 small bananas, mashed
1 cup apple sauce
1 tsp salt
2 extra-large eggs
1/3 cup raw sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C

  2. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups

  3. Combine eggs and bananas in a bowl

  4. In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients

  5. Stir banana mixture into dry mixture

  6. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups

  7. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
