| 140 | grams cooked black beans |
| 50 | grams whole egg |
| 90 | grams romain lettuce |
| 1 | tbsp. chopped onion |
| 1 | tsp. garlic powder |
| 1/2 | tsp. pepper |
| 2 | tbsp. salsa |
| 1/4 | medium tomato |
- Boil water.
- Sautee onions.
- Add garlic, beans, and pepper.
- Add 1 tbsp. water and cook on med/low for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Poach eggs for about five minutes.
- Place egg over beans and serve with shredded romain, salsa, and tomato.
