Ingredients
15 oz chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Place garlic in food processor with chickpeas and process until smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and well blended.

  3. Refrigerate overnight.
