Bubba's Ham & Egg Bake Recipe

Delicious sliced ham and eggs make healthy dish when you add any of your favorite veggies and spices.

Ingredients
1/3 lb ham
5 slices whole grain bread
4 eggs
3/4 c cheddar cheese
2 plum tomatoes
1/8 white onion
1/2 c mushrooms
1/4 c 2% milk
Directions
  1. Sautee ham slices to remove fat.

  2. Sautee onions and mushrooms.

  3. Toast bread and cut into quarters. Lay in baking dish.

  4. Whisk eggs and milk. Add spices to taste.

  5. Layer ham and 1/2 grated cheese over bread.

  6. Layer onions and mushrooms over ham.

  7. Pour eggs on top.

  8. Layer tomatoes on top.

  9. Bake approximately 20 minutes @ 375.

  10. Layer last 1/2 grated cheese on top.

  11. Bake for approximately 8 minutes more.
