| 1/3 | lb ham |
| 5 | slices whole grain bread |
| 4 | eggs |
| 3/4 | c cheddar cheese |
| 2 | plum tomatoes |
| 1/8 | white onion |
| 1/2 | c mushrooms |
| 1/4 | c 2% milk |
- Sautee ham slices to remove fat.
- Sautee onions and mushrooms.
- Toast bread and cut into quarters. Lay in baking dish.
- Whisk eggs and milk. Add spices to taste.
- Layer ham and 1/2 grated cheese over bread.
- Layer onions and mushrooms over ham.
- Pour eggs on top.
- Layer tomatoes on top.
- Bake approximately 20 minutes @ 375.
- Layer last 1/2 grated cheese on top.
- Bake for approximately 8 minutes more.
