oatmeal peanut butter cookies

Makes 36 servings

makes 3 dozen - recipie from Betty Crocker Cookbook, changed to accommodate my dietary needs

Ingredients
3/4 c peanut butter, unsweetened
3/4 c honey
1/4 c egg beaters
1/4 c water
1 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cloves
2 c raisins
3 c oatmeal, quick cooking
Directions
  1. Mix thoroughly peanut butter, honey & egg beaters. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  2. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched with finger.
