Oriental Broccoli Slaw Recipe

Fantastic with anything!

Ingredients
20 oz broccoli, shredded
6 oz Ramen noodles
1 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
7 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
Directions
  1. remove flavor packets from ramen noodle soup mix. Crunch noodles in the bottom of a large bowl.

  2. Top with broccoli slaw.

  3. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and chopped green onions.

  4. Whisk flavor packets, sugar, oil and vinegar together and pour over all.

  5. cover and chill for 24 hours.
