We usually have these at Christmas time. You may use .5 c milk instead of the powdered milk and water. You may also add 6 tbsp cocoa if you want them to be chocolate.
| 3 | c oatmeal |
| 1 | c coconut |
| 1/2 | c butter |
| 1/2 | c powdered milk |
| 1/2 | c water |
| 2 | c sugar |
- Boil butter, powdered milk, water, and sugar for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Drop on waxed paper or on greased pan.
