Instant potatoes

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups water
4 cups potato flakes
2 cups light soy milk
6 tbsp margarine
1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Boil water, salt, margarine

  2. Remove from heat

  3. Mix in dry flakes and milk

  4. Let set to thicken
