Wild Oat's Roasted Red Pepper, Feta and Yogurt Dip Recipe

Veggie Dip for Christmas 2006.

Ingredients
2 pieces roasted red peppers
8 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup feta, crumbled
3 1/2 g (8 leaves) fresh basil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, Wild Oats Organic
1/2 teaspoon raw sugar
Directions
  1. Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

  2. Adjust seasonings to taste.
