Wild Oat's Roasted Red Pepper, Feta and Yogurt Dip Recipe

Veggie Dip for Christmas 2006.
| 2 | pieces roasted red peppers |
| 8 | ounces plain low-fat yogurt |
| 1/3 | cup feta, crumbled |
| 3 1/2 | g (8 leaves) fresh basil |
| 1 | garlic clove |
| 1 | teaspoon oregano |
| 1 | tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, Wild Oats Organic |
| 1/2 | teaspoon raw sugar |
- Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
