Broccoli stems with couscous
| 1 | cup couscous |
| 1 | cup low sodium chicken broth |
| 2 | cups diced broccoli stems |
| 2 | tbsp sugar |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 2 | tbsp rice vinegar |
Peel broccoli stems and dice. Saute with garlic and vinegar. Add sugar nad bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add couscous. Cover and let stand for 5 minutesCategories
