| 24 | oz ground beef |
| 1/2 | large onion |
| 1 | cup poblano chiles |
| 3 | tbsp sun dried tomatos |
| 1 | tsp garlic salt |
Roast Poblano chiles and sweat in plastic zip lock bag for 30 minutes. Peel scin form chiles and dice. Dice onion. Mix Ground beef, Chiles, Onion, Tomato, and Garlic salt. Form in to 6 patties and grill over low heat.Categories
