Celiac alternative for flour wraps

Ingredients
1 egg
1/3 cup rice flour
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients until smooth. In skillet on medium heat put 1/3 of mixture. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
