Ben's Protein Snack Recipe

Chocolate peanut butter protein snack

Ingredients
5 cups Shredded Oats
1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup butter
1 t vanilla
2 scoops whey powder
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
  1. Melt butter, peanut butter, and chocolate in a microwave for 30 seconds

  2. Mix in Shredded oats and add vanilla

  3. Pour into a bag filled with powdered sugar and shake until well coated

  4. Lie on wax paper to dry

  5. Store in refrigerator
