Red Snapper in Red Sauce Recipe

Red snapper baked in oven

Ingredients
500 grams red snapper
1 cup bell pepper
1 cup red onion
1 cup canned tomato
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
Directions
Saute sliced veg for 10 min. Add canned tomatoes and simmer for 10 min. Place fillets in baking dish, top with sauce and bake at 425 for 18 min.
