Stewed Tomatoe and eggplant vegetable side dish

Ingredients
1/4 cup Corn Oil
3 medium tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
4 eggplants
Directions
saute onions and garlic in corn oil. add tomatoes and eggplant and stew until soft. add salt and pepper to taste.
