Ingredients
1 large sweet onion
1/4 cup fiber one cereal
1/4 cup egg beaters
Directions
  1. crush the fiber one cereal

  2. cut the onion into 1 inch rings

  3. coat with egg beaters

  4. coat with cereal

  5. bake at 375 for 20 min
