| 4 | c potatoes, mashed |
| 1 | can tuna in water |
| 1/2 | T onion, chopped |
| 3 | eggs |
- Mix potatoes, tuna, egg yolks and seasoning.
- Beat egg whites for 5 minutes and add to mixture.
- Make into balls (patties) and fry in hot oil.
- (Alternate: bake)
