Tuna Fish Rounds Recipe

Makes 6 servings


Great recipe for left-over mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
4 c potatoes, mashed
1 can tuna in water
1/2 T onion, chopped
3 eggs
Directions
  1. Mix potatoes, tuna, egg yolks and seasoning.

  2. Beat egg whites for 5 minutes and add to mixture.

  3. Make into balls (patties) and fry in hot oil.

  4. (Alternate: bake)
