| 1/2 | c celery, diced |
| 1 | carrot, diced |
| 1 | medium potato, diced |
| 1 | c dry milk powder |
| 10 | oz. broccoli, chopped |
| 1 | T butter |
- Add first 3 ingredients, with Bullion cube and 2 cups water, to saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add Butter and Broccoli and cook for 20 minutes. Mix powdered milk with 2 cups water and add to pot. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
