Use for 2 lb pork tenderloin (2)...
| 1 | cup soy sauce |
| 1/2 | cup olive oil |
| 1 | tsp garlic, minced |
| 1 | tbsp dry mustard |
| 2 | tsp ground ginger |
| 1/2 | cup orange marmalade, Smuckers |
- Combine all ingredients except orange marmalade. Marinate pork for at least 1 hour. Turn over after 30 minutes. Reserve 1 cup marinade, drain the rest. Put marinade in sauce pan and add orange marmalade. Heat, do not boil.
- Bake pork on foil covered cookie sheet at 375 degrees, uncovered for 45-60 minutes. Turning and brushing with glaze every 15 minutes.
