Citrus Berry Smoothie Recipe

Makes 1 serving


a slightly tangy blend of orange, strawberry, and blueberry. Go ahead and honey to taste, and vary the amounts of fruit used.

Ingredients
1/2 orange
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
3 strawberries
1/4 tsp honey
Directions
  1. 1. Squeeze the orange juice into a cup. Then, dig out the pulp with a small knife.

  2. 2. Place all ingredients in a blender in the following order: orange juice, orange pulp, berries, yogurt, then honey. Blend.

  3. 3. Pour into cups and top with Kashi Go Lean.
