This is a pea soup recipe for canning. It makes a total of 5qts.

Ingredients

lbs peas, dried |

cps water |
| 1 |
cp celery |
| 2 |
carrots |
| 1/2 |
onion |
| 1 |
tbsp parsley |
| 1 |
tbs bouillon, chicken low sodium |
| 2 |
dashes garlic powder |
| 1/4 |
tsp pepper, black |
Directions
- Combine peas and water. Put on stove to cook. Clean and chop, celery, carrots, and onions. Combine with peas. Add parsley, bouillon, garlic, pepper. Cook until peas are tender. Puree in blender. Makes 5qts
