Ingredients
2 medium zucchini
1/2 onion
2 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp curry powder
Directions
  1. Simmer vegetables

  2. Cover with water

  3. Add bouillon and tomato sauce

  4. Puree in blender until smooth
