Broccoli Hash Brown Quiche Recipe

From Susan--August 2008 Originally from Taste of Home magazine.

Ingredients
3 c frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 c chopped broccoli
4 eggs
1 c sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
  1. Press the hash browns onto the bottom and sides of a greased 9" pie plate or 9" square pan.

  2. Sprinkle the broccoli on the hash browns.

  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, and salt; stir in the cheese.

  4. Pour over the broccoli

  5. Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Allow to stand 5 minutes before cutting.
