Pan Fried Fish Recipe

Pan fried fish

Ingredients
1 lb tilapia
1 tbs wheat flour
1 tbs corn flour
1 tbs margarine
1 tbs butter
1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. rinse and pat dry filets

  2. dip in milk

  3. dredge in flour mixture (flour, spices)

  4. Melt butter and margarine or substitute oil

  5. fry in pan at medium low heat until golden brown, flip and fry other side.

  6. Fish is done when flakes easily with fork
