Pan fried fish
| 1 | lb tilapia |
| 1 | tbs wheat flour |
| 1 | tbs corn flour |
| 1 | tbs margarine |
| 1 | tbs butter |
| 1 | salt and pepper to taste |
- rinse and pat dry filets
- dip in milk
- dredge in flour mixture (flour, spices)
- Melt butter and margarine or substitute oil
- fry in pan at medium low heat until golden brown, flip and fry other side.
- Fish is done when flakes easily with fork
