| 1 | tbsp flour |
| 1/2 | tbsp butter |
| 1 | tsp lemon juice |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp pepper |
| 1/4 | tsp paprika |
| 1 | tbsp fresh herbs, chopped |
- Melt butter, add to lemon juice
- Dip halibut in, then coat with flour/spice/herb mixture
- Bake @ 375 degrees for 10-15 min
